Cathedral Arts was founded in 2011 at historic St. Matthew’s Episcopal Cathedral in Old East Dallas, in community with the nation’s largest Arts District, the Swiss Avenue Historic District, Uptown Dallas, Fair Park, Lower Greenville and the Park Cities. The Justus Sundermann Gallery hosts frequent public exhibits, lectures, concerts and receptions. A superb concert grand piano resides in the Great Hall to support fine musical offerings. Cathedral Arts is a self-sustaining initiative, without funding from the Cathedral or the Episcopal Diocese. In keeping with its mission, all Cathedral Arts events are open to the public at little or no charge, and your financial support is critical.
