Highlights from Sundermann Gallery Exhibitions
Walking to School: New Works of Juliana Crownover
"Walking to School" is a whimsical, fun series chronicling my second-grade daughter's daily walks to school. - Juliana Crownover
Quantum Art: The Energy of Color
"My studio artworks reflect the poetic recordings of sacred locations and their geological and botanical micro/macro spirit world." - David McCullough
The Color of Hope
15% of the proceeds from any sales of these artworks will go to the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation so that they may continue to support the medical mission trip to the Lower Solukhumbu region of Nepal.
Project Hope: Meet the Artists Reception
Teaching artists Cristina Estrella Riggs and Jessica L. Bell were granted classroom space and the Sundermann Gallery in order to create, exhibit and offer for sale original artwork by homeless Dallas citizens, as a means to improve connections with the community and possibly generate income, at no cost to the participants.
A Garden of Delight: The Golden Age of Iznik Tiles of Turkey with Carolyn Brown
The three exhibitions, of which "A Garden of Delight" was one, examined types of ceramics produced globally thanks to strings of influence and early global connectivity.
Historic Dallas through Photography
A class of skilled photographers taught by professional photographer Carolyn Brown showcased their work on documenting historically significant buildings, structures, and neighborhoods in Dallas in this exhibition.
Salvaged + Repurposed: Selected Works from Martin Delabano
The students learned about Martin's journey as an artist and what it can look like to have a career in this field; a wonderful education and artistic experience for everyone involved.
The Circles of Life – Pamela Nelson
